How we define the future of the conference / event industry is quite clear. Our work and success will only exist tomorrow if we take care to preserve it today. We achieve this by implementing concrete initiatives focused on sustainability, optimizing resource usage, and conserving energy.
green meetings & green events
Since 2021, we have been certified as a Green Meeting and Green Event venue, proudly displaying the Austrian Ecolabel. This accomplishment did not occur without effort, it required a comprehensive range of measures to consistently progress towards a sustainable future.
Energy Efficiency
A congress center of our size requires a lot of energy, but that doesn't mean it cannot be produced ecologically. Since 2022, we have installed a photovoltaic system on our roof, equivalent to 1½ tennis courts in size, which could power 60 households with electricity.
Mobility
Public transportation is the key to sustainable mobility, and in this regard, we have a significant advantage. The Zell am See train station is located in the city center, just 460 steps away from us. Additionally, our customers have a variety of sustainable mobility options on-site.
Environmental Protection
We recognize that the natural environment in which we reside forms the essence of our existence. Its allure is simply too irresistible not to share with our valued guests and customers. We don't orchestrate anything; instead, we offer an authentic experience, showcasing the splendor of our nature and region.
